Bettors who prefer cash bonuses over free play bonuses can instead opt for a 10% cash bonus up to $200 on their first deposit. That is not as substantial of a cash bonus as you may see at other books that offer cash bonuses for new players, but it does at least provide a small platform to build from.

However, this is also an area that is a letdown for potential players, more so for the user experience and not the actual betting markets. There are numerous sports and leagues listed on the site that actually do not have any available markets. While these pages do include the caveat that those sports or leagues may not be in season currently, having so many of these pages taking up space takes away from the user experience.
Also, some of the pages that do list odds are outdated and do not even feature current matchups or bring up odds for something different than the link indicates. That is not what you want to see from a supposedly reputable brand.
For example, the below image is what came up when our reviewer clicked on a link for NFL prop bets. Obviously, props are not going to be available well before the season even starts, but this can feel misleading to someone who is newer to sports betting.

Over the years, there have been many reports of MyBookie either not paying players in the timeframe that they should, making it difficult for players to receive payouts that they earned, or outright declining to pay players, as well as being very strict with limits for players who win.
Depending on who you ask and where you look, those issues have improved more recently. Still, if you insist on using a sportsbook that has had so many of these documented issues, we recommend operate with caution. Beyond the concerns about payments, the lack of transparency and depth on MyBookie’s banking page is also a notable issue. The page offers plenty of information about making deposits but provides almost nothing about payouts.
