With Connecticut coming off a back-to-back, I really like this spot for the Liberty. The 7.5-point spread isn’t really too bad either because I was thinking to was going to be more like 9.5
This Liberty team is on fire and unstoppable right now. They play extremely well at home and will be playing a little bit of a tired Sun team. New York has already shown that they can take of the Sun already this season, so tired just helps their case.
Expect Sabrina Ionescu to get her points, which is set at 20.5 with a value of -113. She has hit this line in her last 3 games vs Connecticut and also in 7 out of her last 10 games. Sabrina has been shooting the ball well and we all know she is dangerous from 3-point range. Her 3+ 3-pointers is very juiced at -172, but it has hit in her last 5 games.
I like for Breanna Stewart and Jonquel Jones to try to control down low against Alyssa Thomas and Brionna Jones. They will need to slow both players down to help keep a lead in this game, but I think they can.
