We got a big game 3 tonight in the desert. The Seattle Storm pulled of the upset and won game 2 over the Las Vegas Aces to force this game. Seattle won the game by three points, and it went down to the wire.

Las Vegas was in control of last game early. They held their lead into the fourth quarter and just collapsed from there. The Storm outscored the Aces 25-14 in the fourth and pulled off the win after Vegas being up as much as 14 points.

A’ja Wilson had another big game with 21 points and 13 rebounds. Jackie Young followed along and dropped 25 points, grabbed 5 boards and dished 4 dimes. Jewell Loyd added 13 points off the bench and Nalyssa Smith had 7 points and 8 rebounds. The right players showed up, they just couldn’t get the job done.

You have to know the Aces are happy with home court advantage. The Aces were 17-5 at home this season and took game 1 at home. They need to come out like they have the last two games and hold on, they should be moving on to the next round.

The Storm played a great game 2. They hung around all game and then took over at the end to pull out the big win. Now getting a win on the road is tough, but they went 13-9 this season, so they could pull it off.

Skylar Diggins went off for 26 points and 7 assists last game. She is the point player for this team with Nneka Ogwumike alongside her. Ogwumike had 24 points and 10 rebounds herself.

If Gabby Williams and Brittney Sykes can get involved, the have a really good chance at winning. Seattle has the personnel to win big games; they just haven’t been able to get them all to show up at once.

Give me the Aces by a million. After the way last game ended, they are definitely pissed and going to come out screaming. This should be a double-digit home victory for Las Vegas.

This Vegas team is really hungry too. It was better they got that loss out of the way now, so they can make a run now. They’re a better team than Seattle and A’ja Wilson is going to make sure they and everybody else knows that.

Give me A’ja everything. I’ll be playing her over 24.5 points (-108) and 10.5 rebounds (-132), both straight. I think she goes off with determination to get to the next round. She is the obvious focal point of this offense and extremely dominant.

The other player I think is Jackie Young for over 16.5 points (-102). She is another one who has been hot and a huge contributor. She just had a 25-point game and they didn’t even win. I think she clears this line and cashes us out.
