Well to say we’ve been spoiled these finals is an understatement for Lynx vs Liberty picks. The electricity this series has brought has been insane. We are here with Game 5 for you, and this will officially be the least article of the season!
Last game came down to the very end as we have seen all series. The Liberty couldn’t seal the deal and lost by a score of 82-80 at the Target Center. Now we are at the final game, and they have home court advantage.
In Game 4, the Liberty did all the right things. They played from behind for almost the entire game, which made the loss hurt even more after the comeback. Breanna Stewart had a double-double and Jonquel Jones had 21 points.
New York will need Sabrina to come back to Finals MVP form after her Game 4 performance. She only had 10 points and was 0/5 from 3-point range. Luckily, the rookie Leonie Fiebach stepped up and had 19 points to help keep the Liberty in the game.

Minnesota did all the right things in Game 4. They got out to a lead early and held it most of the game. The ending of the game was probably not how they saw it, but they still came out with a win.
This was a team effort from the Lynx in Game 4. All 5 starters scored double-digit points. Kayla McBride led the way with 19 points, followed by Courtney Williams with 15 and Napheesa Collier with 14.
It will take another team effort to win this game, especially on the road. That loss is going to fuel the Liberty badly. At this rate, if they didn’t blow those 2 games – this series would be over.

We’re in for another treat tonight as these 2 teams are going to kill each other for the win. We have seen close games in 3 out of the 4 games and the books are giving us 5.5 points.
We’re going to take those points based off what we’ve been seeing. I think the Liberty win tonight, but it’s going to be another close game, so we have to take the +5.5.
For the Liberty to win, Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu need to control and take over this game. Stewart needs to shoot well and put up around 25 points while Sabrina has to bounce back and shoot good from 3-point range.
I think Jonquel Jones continues her power down low. I like for her to get her points tonight. And, even though crazy, we’re going to take Sabrina’s 3-pointers again. This is the game of her live, so you better believe the bounce-back is coming.
