This team can compete without Clark and they’re going to need it. They’re currently hanging around the 6th seed for the playoffs, so maintaining that is necessary at the least. Indiana will need to play better defense with only the eighth best defensive rating in the league.

Dallas is 8-20 so far and last in the Western Conference. They come into this game off a loss to the Dream by three points in a game they could’ve won. The Wings are 3-7 in their last ten games and 5-9 at home this season.

Paige Bueckers is having a Rookie of the Year type season. She’s averaging 18 points, 5.5 assists and 4 rebounds per game. Bueckers is coming off two back-to-back 20+ point games, so she’s cooking.

The team is expected to get back Maddy Siegrist tonight. She has missed the last 17 games with a knee fracture but is ready to return. Siegrist brings 9 points and 5 rebounds back to this team. She will definitely help create confusion as another strong target for the Wings to find.

I think we see a good game here without a doubt. Dallas isn’t too badly matched up vs. the Fever and I think they can hang around here. In front of the giant crowd, Bueckers should shine like a diamond in the ruff.

This is a great let down spot for the Fever. Coming off a big come from behind win to win three straight, what could go wrong? Missing Clark will eventually catch up to them and I think if Dallas comes full force, they may actually win this game.

Having Siegrist return is huge. It gives Paige another passing option and it frees up players like Arike Ogunbowale and DiJonai Carrington. If they can have a good shooting night, then there is a huge possibility that they win outright.

Give me Paige to record 18 or more points for even money. She’s delivered her last two games and looks great out there. Bueckers should be shooting plenty this game and her mid-range shot is fantastic.

I also like Natasha Howard to get 6 or more rebounds for -150. It’s juicy, but she has hit in her last three out of four games as well as a 13-rebound game vs. the Wings earlier this year. A little redemption narrative for ya.
