WNBA: Dream vs. Wings Picks and Odds | June 24, 2025

Allisha Gray and Paige Bueckers - Dream vs Wings picks

We’re headed to where everything is bigger – good ole Texas. The Atlanta Dream are set to take on the Dallas Wings at the College Park Center. This will be the first time these two teams face each other this season.

Dallas is 3-12 on the year and 7th in the Western Conference. They come into this game off a loss to the Mystics in overtime on Sunday. Dallas is 2-8 in their last 10 games and are 1-5 at home this season.

Paige Bueckers has continued to play well for this team in her rookie season. She’s coming off a 20-point game with nine rebounds and seven assists to go along with it. Bueckers has had 20 points in each of her last three games straight.

The Wings aren’t terrible all around. They rank fourth in pace, third in rebounding, and sixth in points per game. It’s going to take some time for these players to define their roles within the team. Dallas needs to tighten up their defense and they could win some more games.

Rhyne Howard

Dream guard Rhyne Howard takes the ball up the court.

The Dream are 10-4 this season and finding ways to win. They come into this game on a two-game winning streak and are 8-2 in their last 10 games. Atlanta has struggled a little on the road with a 4-3 record.

This team somehow just keeps winning. They rank second in the league for points scored, second in rebounds, and fourth in assists. The offense is good when they’re clicking, you just don’t know who’s going to go off. Between Rhyne Howard, Allisha Gray, and Brionna Jones – it could be any of them.

That balance has been the reason they’re winning games because someone is stepping up. Atlanta is very inconsistent with how their players perform game-to-game though. On defense is where they struggle.

As long as the Dream can play the way they are, Dallas will be in trouble. Let’s check out the odds and get into the Wings vs. Dream picks.

Like I mentioned, the Dream have been rather inconsistent. I think with the way the Wings have been playing that they can cover this game. Before losing last game, they had won their previous two. To get the win, everyone needs to know their role, but not sure that will happen.

With the lack of defense from the Dream and Wings, we should see points. The over in this game is definitely a look at 168 points. Both teams rank in the bottom-five of the league in defensive rating.

Bueckers needs to have another 20-point performance to support this team. Her rebounds and assists should be there in the 4-5 range each. Her PRA for 30 or more priced at -108 will be a play I’ll be taking. Ogunbowale finally had a good shooting game last game, but I think she cools off which switches the focus to Paige.

I think Brionna Jones for 13 or more points priced at -114 is another good move. DiJonai Carrington is most likely out for the Wings with a rib injury, and she has been cleaning the glass, so one less person down low for Jones. Her PR (points + rebounds combined) would be 21 or more for -102 and is definitely a look.
