Guys like Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes have not been what they were last year – especially for Rashford. He only has 5 goals on the year compared to his 17 goals last season.
Rasmus Hojlund and Alejandro Garnacho have become key players on the team. Hojlund is tied for the team lead in goals with 7.
United is really going to need to play a tight game. Their defense will need to be on top of their game to slow down City.
Although it’s not their field, this is kind of like a home game for both squads since it’s the same city. It’s like when the Yankees and Mets play each other in baseball.

Manchester City has been so good all year. Even when Haaland was out, they still managed to find ways to win. Guys like Phil Foden and Rodri have stepped up.
City has been dominating this year and has home field advantage. I honestly think they destroy United. United is not the same team they were a year ago.
For United to win, guys like Marcus Rashford will need to come to play. He has been nowhere to be found this year compared to last. United will also be without Rasmus Hojlund who has been great this season. They will be hurting without him.
I expect Haaland to have a solid game, leading his team to a win. He should net one in and have at least 4 shots. If 1 goes in, we only need another on target.
United’s defense isn’t the worst. They will need to play a very tight game and keep it close. I don’t think they can, which is why we’re back Haaland and Man City.
