Nice mid-day match for us today and I got the plays for you. Manchester United is going to host Chelsea at Old Trafford. These teams have yet to play this year, but the last time they played, Chelsea won 1-0.
Manchester United is off to a bit of a rough start with a 1-1-2 record. They’re currently sitting 14th in the table, but we’re only five weeks into a long season, so there’s plenty of time for a turn around.
Man U really had a change of personnel this offseason. Alejandro Garnacho left the team and is now playing for Chelsea, so we have a little revenge factor going. Marcus Rashford also left the team mid-season last year and has moved over to La Liga where he plays for Barcelona.
On the flip side, they did land some proven goal scorers. Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig, Mathues Cunha from Wolverhampton and Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford. All three players were huge focal points on their formers teams offense and should give Man U a chance at a good season.

Chelsea off to a decent start with some new faces as well

Manchester United mid fielder Bruno Fernades tries to intercept a pass.
Chelsea is 2-2-0 this season and come into this game off a draw from last week vs Brentford. They did play a UCL game last and lost to Bayern Munich, so the draw is their last EPL match. Chelsea is currently 5th in the table.
They also made some offensive adjustments this off season as well. Chelsea brought in Joao Pedro from Brighton, Garnacho joining as mentioned before and Jaime Gittens from Borussia Dortmund. All three guys bring offensive power to join Cole Palmer.
Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez both have 2 goals apiece and Joao Pedro has stolen the show with 2 goals and 3 assists. He wasted no time to get involved and we love to see it. Alejandro Garnacho is still getting acquainted with his new team, so a lot to look forward to there.
With all the changes both teams made, let’s see who steps up to the plate in this game. Let’s check out the odds and get into the Manchester United vs. Chelsea picks.

Manchester United vs. Chelsea Picks and Predictions: Chelsea Tie No Bet (-112) Get 50% up to $1000 Deposit on BetOnline for this pick
There have been so many changes to both teams and it’s still so early. I do think that Chelsea wins this game, but we’re taking the tie no bet in case they draw and there is great value on this play.
Both teams are going to come out playing safe soccer. I think we see a very low scoring game and the under 2.5 goals for +140 is a serious look. Both these teams may matchup really well even though the record difference, but again, still early.
I like Joao Pedro to score or assist for +105. Pedro has been on the board so many times already and this is a great spot for him to continue. The value is insane as well with the way he’s been playing.
For another play, we’re taking all of these guys to get 1 or more shots on target for +203. It’s going to be Joao Pedro, Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko. All three of these guys are huge offense and should be able to hit this for us easily.
