Although we have not had the best EPL season, we earned a bit of profit this week, and hope to keep it going into the weekend. Our expert’s dove into their favorite picks for Saturday’s EPL matches, so let’s get right into their best bets!

English Premier League: Saturday’s Predictions December 6
When looking at this weekend’s slate, it’s important to keep a couple things in mind. First, everyone played this week, whether it be Tuesday or Wednesday (Thursday for Manchester United and West Ham). Point being, players have to make a quick turn around they haven’t been used to. Second, many top clubs have UEFA Champions League matches looming over the horizon.
Three matches in a week is a lot, so look for teams to potentially rest some starters if they think their club can handle business without them, in preparation for next week’s UCL contests.
Manchester City vs. Sunderland EPL Picks
Danny Ballard has two goals in 12 matches for Sunderland as a defender

Now, you can book the +1.75 for (-115), but if they lose by two goals, you would lose and push, walking away a small loser. I’d rather get this to plus money and back the Black Cats to keep things within a single score. They are coming off a draw against Liverpool at Anfield, where they scored in the 67′ minute, but conceded an own goal in the 81′. This team is still No. 6 on the table, and have a phenomenal back line.
Yes, Manchester City is still Man City. They remain second on the table, five points behind Arsenal, but they’ve had a couple of close call against bad teams in the EPL recently. In their last four matches in all competitions, City lost to Newcastle 2-1 on the road, lost to Bayer Leverkusen at home in the UEFA Champions League, beat Leeds United 3-2 at home on a stoppage time goal, and a 5-4 win over Fulham on the road, needing an own goal to net the fifth. I have been more impressed overall with Sunderland, and I see them competing this weekend. Plus their back line is tied for third in the EPL in goals allowed.
Manchester City could also be looking ahead to their UCL match against Real Madrid this Wednesday in Spain. Perhaps Pep Guardiola will rest some legs in preparation for that contest later this week.
Prediction: 1-1 Draw (+1100) or Manchester City Wins 2-1 (+900)
AFC Bournemouth vs. Chelsea EPL Picks
Pedro Neto leads Chelsea with five goals this EPL season
Best Bet: Chelsea Team Total Over 1.5 (-109) BetOnline
Now, with the way AFC Bournemouth has been playing, the moneyline could be a go as well. It’s listed at +116 and I believe two goals is probably enough to win this game. Both teams have netted at least 20 goals so far this season, while the hosts have also allowed 24 to their foes. They are slipping down the table, and just lost to Fulham at home, 1-0.
Chelsea sit No. 4 on the EPL table but they are third in scoring and fifth in goals allowed. They are playing incredibly well, even coming off a loss. Chelsea have not been shutout since the first match of the season, scoring at least a goal in 20 straight. Plus, they are netting almost two per match in the EPL this season, clearing this line in 12 matches this season.
I am not worried about them looking ahead to their UCL contest on Tuesday, as Atalanta is not that tough of a foe, and the Blues are still in the top eight currently. Instead, Chelsea will use this match to tune up any kinks in their squad prior to their Champions League contest on the road.
Prediction: Chelsea Wins 2-1 (+900)
