The English Premier League has rolled around once again, and we’ve got a Saturday full of EPL action to sweat out. As always, things get started plenty early, with matches kicking off at 7:30 a.m. eastern as Brentford host Manchester United. But we have a full four matches slotted at 10 eastern, along with a couple of stand alone matches later in the day to close out a full day of soccer across the pond. Let’s get in to our favorite EPL Picks for this weekend’s action.

English Premier League: Saturday’s Predictions September 27
Crystal Palace vs. Liverpool EPL Picks
Virgil Van Dijk and Liverpool take on Crystal Palace on the road this weekend

Crystal Palace hosts Liverpool this weekend, and we are all going to plug our nose and bet the under. Liverpool have won six matches this competition season by just a single goal, with the winner coming very late in each contest. How long can they really keep this up?
On the road, against a very feisty opponent, this could be a match where they come back down to Earth. Now, do I think they get beat? Probably not. Is there a chance Crystal Palace earns a point? Absolutely. They have the talent and have proven they can hang with anyone in this league, now they just have to put it all together for 90 minutes at home.
With Liverpool heading to Turkey for a quick turnaround against Galatasaray on Tuesday in the UEFA Champions League, I could see them either saving some legs in this contest, or even taking their foot off the gas if they get an early lead. Regardless, for push potential I’ll bet on this game staying under three goals.

Leeds United vs. AFC Bournemouth EPL Picks
Leeds United host AFC Bournemouth this Saturday

Once again, another under for us. This time hoping things stay at just two total goals, but I’m not sure we even get there. Let’s look at these two teams.
Leeds United have only scored four goals in five EPL matches so far this season, but they’ve given up seven. However, five of those goals came on the road to Arsenal at the Emirates, losing 5-0 to the Gunners. So aside from that one match, against arguably the most explosive offense in the league, they have allowed just half a goal per contest, with four of their six competitive matches staying under this total.
As for AFC Bournemouth, they allowed four goals to Liverpool on the road in their opener, but have given up just one other in their four matches. Point being, both offenses are fairly lackluster, while the defenses are rock solid, assuming they aren’t playing a potential EPL Champion. Give me a scoreless draw, or a 1-0 Leeds win at home, as I’ll be sprinkling on both to cover my own behind.
Prediction: 0-0 Draw (+850) OR Leeds United Win 1-0 (+775)
Tottenham Hotspur vs. Wolverhampton Wanderers EPL Picks

Last but not least, we are backing Tottenham. This team has come out screaming so far this competition season with some big wins, and I don’t see it slowing down at all.
For starters, Tottenham has five shutout wins this season in seven competitive matches, and have done so in three of their four at home. Their one slip up was against AFC Bournemouth, losing 1-0 on a 5′ minute goal, where they absolutely dominated the rest of the match. Tottenham have been dominating bad teams at home, and even took down Manchester City on the road.
They currently sit No. 3 on the EPL table, and the Wolves are nothing to be worried about. The visitors have lost all five matches in league play this year, and have been outscored 12-3 in the process. Plus they’ve been shutout three times and in both matches on the road.
Give me Tottenham to hand them another shutout this Saturday.
Prediction: Tottenham Wins 2-0 (+500)
