Barcelona’s offense is insane, and Inter surely knows that. But the Spaniards have also been incredible at home. The two differing styles of play will certainly clash on the field, and if I’m Inter, I want this to go to PKs back in Italy. The Italians have the advantage of hosting the 2nd leg, meaning any extra time or penalty shootout will be at their own stadium.
Knowing this, look for Inter to play very conservative soccer for much of the entire match today. A scoreless draw on the road is a win in their book, especially going back home for a chance to advance. However, Barcelona’s attack will not be denied, not even by the current best back line in Europe (Arsenal lost that title after losing yesterday).

We aren’t asking for too much, at least I don’t think so. I thought long and hard about the under 3, but as you can see there’s a chance Barcelona concedes a goal despite their high flying attack. Inter always seems to find the back of the net when they most need it.
Anyways, a little parlay never hurt anybody. Barcelona has won three straight matches, all of them at home, and have actually won 8/L9 in Spain and are completely unbeaten at home in the 2025 calendar year. This team has scored at least two goals in all six matches at home in the UEFA Champions League this year, averaging 3.5 goals per match on their own turf. While Inter has a very good back line, I think “slowing down” Barcelona entails holding them to two goals tops, with the thinking of being aggressive back home next week.
Thinking out loud (READ: As I type), Barcelona and the Under 4.5 at (+105) on BetOnline could also be a play, but you always run the risk of Barcelona having “one of those games”…. you know what I mean.
