This was last year’s president trophy winner and they’re struggling. This team was packed with offense last year and this season they’re only ranking seventeenth in goals scored and twenty second in shots on goal per game.

On defense, they’ve been quite leaky, but they are without their star goalie Connor Hellebuyck. Despite the poor offense, it would be a huge lift if he was between the pipes. The defense is allowed almost three goals and thirty shots on goal per game.

Just like I mentioned with Comrie in net, I think this is a great bounce back spot at home for the Jets. They need to get back to their winning ways and struggling road team is a perfect opportunity. These two team’s matchup on paper, but Winnipeg is the better team.

We’re getting decent value probably due to the beat down the Jets took last game. I think we see the offense we’re used to with the Jets, crashing the net and banging in goals. Winnipeg should also make the adjustments needed to get to Luukkonen.

I like Kyle Connor in this one. He only had two shots last game, but one went in the back of the net. His 4 or more shots is +134 and his anytime goal is +140 and I’ll be playing both. He should lead this team to victory.

Another play I’ll be on is Josh Norris to record a point for -113. He has been great since returning from injury, recording 4 points in his two games back. Three of those points came against the Jets, with 2 goals and an assist.
