The Knights are off to a great start this season. They have a 10-4-2 record and are 1st in the Pacific Division. Vegas comes into this game off a win over the Ducks Wednesday night and are also 7-2-1 in their last 10 games.

Jack Eichel has been fantastic so far this year. He has 5 goals and 20 assists, which is the 2nd most assists in the league. His 25 points has him also sitting 2nd in the league. Captain Mark Stone is right behind Eichel with 6 goals and 15 assists.

Their offense is so spread out that it makes it hard to defend. This team has 6 players with 5 or more goals and 8 players with 10 or more points. Tons of assists which shows how much they move the puck around.

Goaltender Adin Hill is expected to be in net tonight. He as a 7-3-1 record with a 3.27 GAA and a .879 save percentage. Hill started in the previous game this season, so he has seen this Utah Hockey Club before.

Utah has been making a name for themselves in their 1st year. They are 7-6-3 so far this season and are 5th in the Central Division. Coming in off a big win vs the Hurricanes Wednesday night, Utah is 3-5-2 in their last 10 games.

They have played decent at home with a 4-2-1 record. The Utah fans are extremely excited to have hockey and are showing up for the team. Although all these good things happening, there is still a lot for them to work on.

Offensively, Utah ranks in the bottom of the league for goals forced and shots on goal per game. Their power play is terrible, and they commit the most penalties per game in the league. A lot to still work on.

This Utah team has been a lot of fun to watch, and you can tell the players are having a great time. When these 2 played the 1st time, we got a barn burner, and it showed that this Utah can hang with the best of the best.

We should see a similar game, I think. Even though on paper the Knights are much better than Utah – Vegas sucks on the road. Their 2-3-2 away from home is horrible for a team this good. Utah will try and take advantage of this.

Connor Ingram faced them once so should be able to make adjustments. He allowed 4 goals on 35 shot attempts, so some defense to protect him could go a long way. I think he definitely goes over his save line, so I will be playing that.

On offense, I really like Dylan Guenther to get his shots again like last time. We’ll be taking his 3 or more shots on goal, which should be his regular line. Another guy I’ll be playing who has been playing really well is William Karlsson. He’s coming off 2 games where he has 3 and 6 shots on goal to cash his line.
