Adding Hughes should of course improve these stats. They rank seventh in goals allowed but twenty sixth in shots on goal allowed per game. Goaltending has been solid for this team. We’re expected to see Filip Gustavsson in net. He has a 9-8-3 record with a 2.64 GAA and a .907 save percentage.

Boston is on fire and looking to make it five in a row

They rank ninth in goals scored and fourth in power play conversion. Boston ranks twenty third in shots on goal but have the third best shooting percentage, so they make it count.

Defense could use some improvement. They rank seventeenth in goals allowed and twenty ninth in shots on goal allowed per game. The Bruins are tenth in penalty kill but are second worst in the league for penalties. They need to play smart hockey.

Give me Jeremy Swayman to record over his saves line. This defense is allowing about 30 shots per game, and the Wild should come out buzzing. The line should drop around 27-28 saves and he should see well over 30 shots.
