The NHL is dishing out a five-course meal the night before Thanksgiving with this MASSIVE slate. All but two teams play tonight, which means we need to find the tastiest props to continue building up bankroll. Last article had the dreaded reverse sweep. Let’s get stuffed in profit tonight by looking for some of the NHL best bet value plays and weave our way through this tasty slate to find some of the best NHL player props of the day. We need a bounce back to help the 14-19 record on the articles.

The slumping Toronto Maple Leafs will get a huge boost as their best offensive player returns to the line up. Even in what’s been described as a “down” couple of years by his standards, Auston Matthews remains one of the league’s most reliable volume shooters. This season (2025-26), he’s averaging 3.82 shots on goal per game over 17 games, essentially right on the 3.5 line. So even before you factor in opponent or game script, the number is in a range that Matthews has lived around for multiple seasons. Books are basically hanging his season average as the prop, giving us a HUGE discount on this NHL best bet.
This prop really gets interesting is Matthews’ history against the Blue Jackets. Over his last 15 games vs Columbus, Matthews has 85 shots on goal – that’s an insane 5.7 shots per game. In his last 10 games vs Columbus, he’s piled up 10 goals and 7 assists, showing just how much he drives offense in this matchup.
The Jackets are not exactly a shot-suppression juggernaut. This season, Columbus is allowing 31.4 shots against per game, putting them tied for the leakiest team in the league. Columbus also just finished beating Toronto twice already this season, including a 3–2 OT win on Nov. 21 and a 6–3 win back on Oct. 29. That matters: the Leafs know they can’t sit back here, and Matthews figures to be at the center of any adjustment.
2. Danila Yurov Point +130 on BetOnline:

Have the Minnesota Wild found their top center to play with Kiril Kaprizov? Time will tell, but the rookie Danila Yurov has playing BIG hockey on the top line over the past few games. Yurov has accrued 6 points in 18 games so far this season (3 goals, 3 assists). But over his last four games on the top line he has collected 4 points (1 goal, 3 assists). Meaning 67% of his production has happened since the move.
The Minnesota top line is one of the most dangerous lines in the entire league. And while he doesn’t play on the top power play unit, this line is able to produce 5v5. This is important as the Blackhawks have been getting great goaltending this season, ranking 22nd in goals against per game. But we will lean into Kaprizov’s production against them in hopes that his linemate can get on the scoresheet as well. Kaprizov has at least a point in 7 of his last 9 games against Chicago with 13 points in total in those games.
The Blackhawks have shown vulnerability defensively in recent games: for example, they gave up 9 goals in a recent loss. They are a young team, which is exactly the type of team the Wild can capitalize on. At plus money value, it’s easy to see why a top centerman’s point would be an NHL best bet.

3. Beckett Sennecke Point -120 on BetOnline:
Beckett Sennecke has been a great fit for the Anaheim Ducks
The Anaheim Ducks have the 2nd most productive rookie in the league, Beckett Sennecke. He has proven to be a top 6 player in his young career and has recently been featured on a stacked top line with Leo Carlsson and Cutter Gauthier. Sennecke has 16 points in 21 games (7 goals, 9 assists) and shown a surge of recent form: in his last few games, he’s registered multiple multi-point efforts from the promotion to the top line.
Tonight the Ducks offense will have a great target in the slumping Vancouver Canucks. The Canucks this season are allowing a high shot volume; they’ve conceded over 513 shots against across 17 games — ~30.2 shots against per game. They are also allowing the 2nd most goals against in the entire league. And even MORE concerning: defensively, Vancouver ranks among the worst in the league at five-on-five play. They control only ~44.3% of shots in games, second-worst in the NHL. It’s clear to see why this top forward is an NHL best bet tonight.
Many bettors may shy away from rookie props — but Sennecke’s recent hot streak + consistent role gives him a real shot at cashing. This is also why we get such a great price on a top line forward. Against a weak defensive team like Vancouver tonight, the odds of second chances, rebounds, turnovers, and breakdowns increase — all favorable for a high-pace winger with shooting & playmaking instincts.
