Let’s quickly recap the first four games. Game 1 was in Edmonton, but Florida led 2-1 after the first and 3-2 after the second. The Oilers tied things up in the third and Leon Draisaitl won Game 1 with 30 seconds left in the first overtime period.
Game 2 was just as exciting, as fans were blessed with free hockey. The Panthers and Oilers each held separate one goal leads throughout the match, but eventually Brad Marchand ended it in double OT to even up the series.
Then we moved to Sunrise, and the Ice Cats were out in full force in Game 3. Florida won 6-1 after receiving 11 power play opportunities, absolutely dominating their visitors in front of the home crowd.
In Game 4 it looked like we might see a similar situation. The Panthers jumped out to a 3-0 lead after the first period, but the Oilers answered with a 3-0 period of their own in the second, tying the game. With less than seven minutes left, Jake Walman scored for the Oilers, but Sam Reinhart saved the day and forced OT with 20 seconds on the clock.

We’re paying a little juice here, but I think Bobrovsky can get us his saves again. Not only do we have the possibility of overtime, as three of four games have needed extra minutes to settle the score, but the Oilers pepper the net so much more at home. Edmonton is capable of 32+ shots on goal which is all we should need to cash this line.
So far, the Oilers have put up 36, 31, 33 and 31 shots on goal per game in regulation. Key words: in regulation. If we get extra hockey, like we have plenty this series, this bet should have no problem hitting. Edmonton is averaging two more SOGs per game at home than on the road in the Stanley Cup Finals, and on the road the Florida defense should be a little shaky, especially after allowing that sort of comeback at home in Game 3.
I see Edmonton getting a few by Bobrovsky, but he should take enough of a workload to get us over this number with ease.
