Ravens vs Titans Prediction, Odds & Picks — NFL London Week 6: Baltimore Soars Across the Pond

Ravens vs Titans prediction, odds & picks for NFL Week 6

Week 6 of the 2023 NFL season includes another matchup across the pond as the Baltimore Ravens collide with the Tennessee Titans at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England.

The Ravens are out for revenge this week after suffering a 17-10 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers at Acrisure Stadium. Meanwhile, the Titans fell below the .500 mark in Week 5, losing 23-16 to the rival Indianapolis Colts.

Can Baltimore avoid back-to-back losses for the first time this season? Or does Tennessee have what it takes to return to America with a .500 record?

This weekend’s Ravens vs. Titans matchup brings its fair share of betting opportunities to the table, too. Here’s a look at the odds for the latest NFL London game, as well as a prediction and the best bets to make.

Ravens vs Titans Prediction — NFL Week 6

Playing in London always requires some adjustments from the players involved. In this case, both sides have interesting relationships with the road so far this season.

For the Ravens, this NFL London game marks their third consecutive road game. While they’ve gone 1-1 so far, a more efficient effort is needed compared to last week. Despite averaging 5.0 yards per play against the Steelers, the Ravens only mustered up 10 points.

It certainly didn’t help that Baltimore went 5-for-14 on third downs, 0-for-2, and 1-for-3 on red-zone attempts.

And even though the Titans are technically the “home” team this weekend, they’re still far away from home. Unfortunately, each of their three losses this year took place on the road. They’re only averaging 11.3 PPG outside of Nissan Stadium in 2023, losing those three road outings by an average of 10.7 points.

Even though the Ravens haven’t been perfect in away scenarios, they’re still averaging 21.7 PPG with a plus-7.0 average scoring margin on the road (T-No. 9).

Ravens vs Titans Prediction, odds & picks
Can Lamar Jackson and the Ravens improve to 3-1 on the road this season?

The Titans’ passing defense has also accounted for many of the team’s shortcomings this season. The unit has been getting burned throughout the campaign, allowing 240.2 passing yards per game (No. 23).

Although Baltimore is near the bottom of the NFL when it comes to most passing statistics this year, QB Lamar Jackson is due for a bounce-back game. Fortunately for him, that could happen this week.

The Titans struggle to attack opposing quarterbacks. Tennessee heads into Week 6 ranked T-No. 29 in hurries, T-No. 22 in QB knockdowns, and T-No. 27 in pressures. If that trend continues, Jackson will have enough time to do some damage.

The bad news for the Titans is that the Ravens’ defensive unit is among the best in the league. Baltimore ranks second when it comes to scoring defense, total yards against, yards per play against, and sacks.

Although last week’s effort was disappointing, the Ravens are still the better team in this matchup and should leave London victorious. Baltimore’s defense is elite and will overwhelm Tennessee QB Ryan Tannehill, whose five interceptions prove that he cracks under pressure.

With Jackson being talented enough to take advantage of the Titans’ weak pass defense, the Ravens shouldn’t struggle to cover the spread this weekend.

Ravens vs Titans Player Prop — NFL London

When it comes to my favorite Ravens vs. Titans player prop, we’re going to move over to Bovada to take Baltimore WR Zay Flowers to record over 57.5 receiving yards.

For starters, Flowers is averaging 63.4 receiving yards per game this season and has hit the Over on this prop three times in five games thus far. He’s also averaging a team-high 8.0 targets per contest, so the volume is easily there for a 59-yard performance, at least.

Again, the Titans are awful at defending the pass. They’re also tied for allowing the second-most receptions (83), and fifth-most receiving yards (984) to wide receivers this year.

In other words, as long as Jackson keeps looking his way, Flowers could continue to blossom with another huge performance.

Bet: Zay Flowers o57.5 Receiving Yards (-115 on Bovada)
