Kate’s Prop Shop has been off and running for a few weeks, and it’s been a great start so far. Plenty of props are given out during the hour-long show on Wednesdays at 1 pm ET, and you can find even more in this article every week.
This article serves as a natural extension of the show and over the last two weeks, we’re 4-2 on our props! Sometimes I’ll highlight the same plays I break down on air, giving you a deeper look into why I like them. Other times, I’ll drop entirely new props that didn’t make it into the episode, so you’ll always have something fresh to consider.

Browns RB Quinshion Judkins O57.5 Rushing Yards & ATTD (BetOnline, -114)
After sitting out Week 1 against the Bengals, rookie running back Quinshion Judkins has quickly emerged as the lead option in the Browns’ backfield. He split time with Jerome Ford in Week 2 against Baltimore, but last week against Green Bay he dominated the workload, handling 18 of the team’s 19 carries and racking up 94 rushing yards. That’s a clear sign Kevin Stefanski is ready to trust him as the bell cow. The matchup with Detroit is interesting: outside of surrendering 134 yards to the Bears in Week 2, the Lions’ run defense has held up well, bottling up both Josh Jacobs and Derrick Henry below their props. Still, Detroit ranks just 11th in rush defense and, more importantly, has allowed more rushing touchdowns to running backs than any other team in the league. That makes Judkins’ rushing yards prop appealing at a fairly modest number, while also giving value to sprinkling an anytime touchdown play given his heavy usage near the goal line.
SGP: Packers QB Jordan Love O1.5 Passing TDs + Packers ML (BetOnline, +101)
If there were ever something close to a “safe” play in betting (spoiler: there isn’t), it might be Jordan Love throwing for at least two touchdowns against this Dallas defense. The Cowboys have been a disaster on that side of the ball, and it’s been exposed in back-to-back weeks. In Week 2, Russell Wilson torched them for 450 yards and three scores. Last weekend, rookie Caleb Williams carved them up for four touchdowns and nearly 300 yards. The writing’s been on the wall since Dallas traded away Micah Parsons—their defense would slip—but the collapse has been worse than expected. According to Next Gen Stats, defensive backs Kaiir Elam, Trevon Diggs, and Malik Hooker all rank among the bottom five in expected points allowed in coverage. That’s brutal. The Packers, meanwhile, are coming off a gut-punch loss to Cleveland and should be highly motivated to bounce back. Love has thrown multiple touchdown passes in two of his first three games, and this matchup sets up perfectly for him to do it again. At -135, the standalone prop feels a bit rich, but pairing it with the Packers moneyline gives us a much more attractive +101 payout.
Chargers RB Omarion Hampton O65.5 Rushing Yards (BetOnline, -112)
It always felt like only a matter of time before rookie Omarion Hampton took over the Chargers’ backfield, though the path opened in unfortunate fashion with Najee Harris suffering a season-ending Achilles injury last week against Denver. When Harris went down late in the first half, Hampton became the clear lead option, finishing with 19 carries for 70 yards and a touchdown. It wasn’t the first glimpse of his potential either — back in Week 1 against the Chiefs, when Harris was still ramping up from an offseason setback, Hampton handled 15 carries for 48 yards. Now the workload is his to own, and the matchup couldn’t be much better. The Giants’ front seven looks intimidating on paper, but the reality is a different story: New York ranks 31st in the league in rushing yards allowed, surrendering 153 per game. Hampton may be young, but the volume plus this matchup makes him well-positioned to smash this number on Sunday.
