Chasing Six | NFL Week 2 Best Anytime Touchdown Bets

Garrett Wilson

Week 2 of the NFL is here and we’re to talk more touchdowns. Week 1 wasn’t the kindest but I’m locked in on this week and I’ve got three touchdown scorers I love on this Sunday slate.

For additional information on picks, props, moneylines, and more on today’s slate, take a look at our NFL Picks Page or our NFL Odds Page.

Davante Adams Anytime Touchdown (+150)

Davante Adams

Let’s kick it off with one of the most dangerous red zone targets in the league, Davante Adams. Adams saw a 28% target share in Week 1 but the Rams offense sputtered throughout their season opener, resulting in only three trips to the red zone. Adams finished with seven touchdowns last year in just 11 games with the Jets. He now comes over to Rams team that ranked 10th in pass yards per game last year.

Stafford had a down year in 2024, throwing just 2o touchdowns; mainly due to a beat up receiver room. Both Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua played less than 13 games last year and even when they were out there, neither seemed healthy. This off-season the Rams went out and got Matthew Stafford another elite weapon to pair alongside Nacua.

Adams was brought in to help take this offense to the next level and that’s exactly what he’s capable of doing. Last year, in 11 games with Adams in the lineup, Aaron Rodgers threw 19 touchdowns and six interceptions. In six games without him, he throw nine touchdowns, five interceptions and his completion rate dropped almost 3%.

I expect Adams to have the same type of effect with Stafford this year so I’m looking for him to get his first touchdown of the year, this Sunday.

Breece Hall Anytime Touchdown (+130)

Breece Hall

This one’s a little chalky, but Breece Hall at +130 against this porous Bills defense is too good to pass up. Last week the Bills allowed Derrick Henry 169 rush yards, two touchdowns and allowed him to average 9.4 yards per carry. The Bills could not bring down the big bodied running back and this week they’ll be without their run stopping defensive tackle, Ed Oliver. Oliver had six tackles in Week 1, including three tackles for a loss.

The Jets ran on 63% of their offensive plays in the opener and it’s a decision Head Coach Aaron Glenn has been clear about. The Jets will run the ball this year and you won’t be able to stop it. In their season opener, Hall averaged 5.6 yards per carry, finishing the game with 109 yards and no touchdowns.

Cedric Tillman Anytime Touchdown (+370)

Cedric Tillman

Let’s cap it off with something a little more juicy. Cedric Tillman at +370 against a Ravens defense that ranked 31st in pass yards allowed last year. Baltimore picked up right where they left off in Week 1, allowing Josh Allen to throw for 394 pass yards, completed 71% of his passes and threw two touchdowns.

Keon Coleman and and Khalil Shakir combined for 14 catches on 20 targets, 176 receiving yards and one touchdown. New addition, Jaire Alexander was being targeted all night and he had little success against any of these Bills receivers.

This Ravens/Browns matchup isn’t just a divisional matchup, it’s Joe Flacco’s first time back in Baltimore since leaving at the end of 2018. The one and only time Flacco’s played his former team, the vet recorded 309 pass yards and one touchdown. In one game this year, Flacco threw the ball 45 times and finished with one touchdown pass but two interceptions.

Tillman finished last week with eight targets, one in the redzone; of which he brought in for a touchdown. This week at almost four to one, I’ve got to press the button.
