This matchup might’ve once been thought of as a potential Pac-12 Championship game, however only one of these teams will be in that discussion.
Hint: It’s not the team with Caleb Williams.
Regardless, this game will be a great contest if the Trojans can compete.

If you would’ve told me in September that Oregon would be more than two touchdown favorites to USC, I would’ve absolutely laughed in your face. At Oregon, sure, maybe a pick em, Ducks by a FG tops, but TWO TOUCHDOWNS?
Nobody could’ve predicted how bad this USC team would perform, nevertheless, here we are at Week 11, and Oregon is laying 15.5 to last year’s Heisman Winner.
And to be honest, I don’t mind it.
USC has lost 3 of their L4 games, getting out dueled at home to Washington, and Utah, and being blown out by the Irish in South Bend. They snuck out of Berkley with a 50-49 win over the Bears, but Cal is 3-6 on the season. Not impressive at all.
This Ducks team is the truth, and I’ll be fading the Trojans, starting with their TT.
The Pick: USC TT Under 29.5 (-105) Bovada
Ducks Defense Quacks Down on USC
This Oregon Defense is incredible. They give up just 17 PPG to opponents, and only 14.8 in Autzen Stadium.
I am more than confident they will hold this Trojans team to less than 30 at home.
The Ducks have only allowed 30 points to be scored on them twice: On the road at Texas Tech in Week 2, and on the road against Washington, one of the highest scoring teams in FBS. At home, the most they’ve given up is 24 to the Washington State Cougars.
Now, USC is the highest scoring team in the country. They score 45.5 PPG, but that number is down to 41.3 their L3 games, and it drops all the way to 40 PPG on the road.
We’ve seen the Ducks make an electric offense look terrible in Eugene (Looking at you Colorado Buffalos). And they did the same thing to Utah on the road. Both Colorado and Utah only put up 6 points in those contests.
I think Oregon makes the highest scoring offense look foolish, and holds them below 30 points, something only Notre Dame has been able to do this year.
