Best NCAA Basketball Picks and Predictions November 12
Milwaukee vs. Indiana NCAA Basketball Picks

Tucker DeVries is putting up over 20 points per game for the Hoosiers
Best Bet: Indiana -23.5 (-110) BetOnline
The Indiana Hoosiers have some freaking hoopers this year, and they will certainly be a force to be reckoned with in the Big Ten. They’ve ran up the score in both of their other games this season, and I don’t see them relaxing, even though their schedule gets much easier for the next few games. Tucker DeVries and Lamar Wilkerson are both putting up 20 points per game, with DeVries adding eight boards and Wilkerson five assists while both shoot over 50% from beyond the arc.
They’ve got a rock solid eight man rotation that they will want to keep growing and gelling, so they should keep their foot on the gas, even against these weaker opponents. Both teams have had a minimum of 70 possessions in all five combined contests, with Milwaukee seeing 80 in their home opener against Hampton.
The Panthers rank No. 63 in pace with the Hoosiers almost breaking the top 100, so there will plenty of opportunities for the Hoosiers to run up the score at Assembly Hall.
Dartmouth vs. Bryant NCAA Basketball Picks

Can Bryant take down Dartmouth in their home opener?
Best Bet: Bryant -1 (-110) BetOnline
Both of these teams love to zip up and down the floor, so expect plenty of points to go around. This will be the Bulldogs first home game of the season after getting their rear ends handed to them on the road in both matchups already. Bryant lost to Siena and Georgia Tech, averaging just 55.5 points per game while allowing 78, but they’ve had an extra two days off compared to the Big Green and I see them using it to their advantage.
The hosts are the more battle tested team, as Dartmouth have only faced Marist, losing by 19 at home to the Red Foxes. That was their only game so far this year, totaling 20 turnovers and shooting just 15% from beyond the arc and 67% from the stripe. Now they have to turn around and face a well rested Bulldogs team, hungry for their first win, and hoping to get it in the first time they play in front of their own fans. Although Haslametrics has this closer to a pick ’em, Bart Torvik likes Bryant by two and Greg Peterson had them by 3.5.
All the intangibles lie with the hosts, and my gut tells me they pull off this win over a team that has finals coming up soon.
South Dakota State vs. Oregon NCAA Basketball Picks

Nate Bittle and Oregon host the Jackrabbits in Eugene
Best Bet: South Dakota State/Oregon Over 146.5 (-115) BetOnline
Root for points out on the West Coast to close out your Wednesday evening. The Ducks and Jackrabbits will be getting up and down the floor, as both are top 130 in pace (of 365 teams). Oregon is due for a breakout game. They have a rivalry game against the Oregon State Beavers on Monday, followed by games against Auburn, San Diego State, USC and UCLA. All four of those latter teams listed are top 50 in the nation overall. Dana Altman needs to get his guys right after barely beating Hawaii and Rice.
They’ve been playing well below their potential, and with Nate Bittle and Jackson Shelsted on the court, they are bound to figure things out sooner or later. I see them pushing the pace, to the Jackrabbits liking, and putting the ball in the hoop. This team has been horrendous offensively in two games this season, I am betting on that improving at home. Even if they can’t shoot well, They are top 45 in offensive rebounds and top 25 in free throw rate, meaning they’ll get plenty of cheap points.
As for South Dakota State, they also offensive rebound very well, but struggling to take care of the basketball could lead to some easy buckets for the Ducks.
