NBA Prop Bets for Monday, November 24

Klay Thompson Under 11.5 Points (-125)
The Dallas Mavericks head to South Beach to face the Miami Heat. Erik Spoelstra’s defense enters this matchup ranked second in defensive effective field-goal percentage (50.7%) and third in points allowed per 100 possessions (111.4).
They also bring in the league’s top-rated perimeter defense, holding opponents to a season-low 31.6% from three. That could spell trouble for a player like Klay Thompson, who lives and dies beyond the arc, taking 74% of his shots from deep.
Thompson is coming off a solid 22-point outing against Memphis on Saturday, but this isn’t the spot to expect a repeat performance. Instead, it’s a good opportunity to sell high on what feels like an inflated prop number.

Donovan Mitchell Under 4.5 3-Pointers (-125)
Donovan Mitchell and the Cavaliers head to the Great White North to take on the Toronto Raptors. Mitchell is launching 10.2 threes per game and averaging four makes this season. He’ll now face a Toronto defense that ranks second in opponent three-point percentage (32.2%). Overall, the Raptors have held up well on that end, sitting sixth in points per possession allowed and eighth in eFG%.
Asking Mitchell to knock down five threes in this matchup feels like a stretch given both his season-long averages and the strength of this Raptors perimeter defense.

Scottie Barnes Under 20.5 Points (-115)
Let’s stick with this Raptors–Cavs matchup and fade another player – Scottie Barnes – by taking his points prop under 20.5.
Barnes is averaging 19.3 points on 50.8% shooting this season. He’s been highly efficient when he gets his looks, but that efficiency should dip here. Cleveland ranks ninth in both points per possession allowed and defensive eFG%.
Barnes takes most of his shots from the mid-range (41%) and at the rim (38%). The Cavs defend both areas well, ranking fifth in field goal percentage allowed at the rim (61.4%) and 12th from mid-range (41.7%).
Given the matchup, this feels like a slight setback spot in what’s been a strong scoring season for Barnes.

Devin Booker Under 38.5 PRA (-106)
Our final play takes us to the desert for a matchup between the Suns and Rockets. Phoenix is on the second leg of a back-to-back, while Houston comes in with two days of rest. This was already a tough matchup given how dominant the Rockets have been, but the rest advantage makes it even tougher for a player like Devin Booker, who will command all of Houston’s defensive focus.
The Rockets rank fifth in points per possession allowed and 14th in defensive eFG%. They’re also sixth in opponent three-point percentage (33.5%).
Given those numbers, Booker shouldn’t just struggle as a scorer — his rebounding and assist production should take a hit as well. Houston is the No. 1 rebounding team in the NBA and ranks sixth in opponent assists allowed per game.
Tonight is a good opportunity to fade Booker.
