With the World Series just one day away, it’s time to dive into some exciting player props. One that stands out is betting on a player to hit at least two home runs during the series. While the heavy favorites come with steep odds, there’s one superstar offering great value who’s already been on a tear this postseason.

One day away from the World Series, and it’s time to get bold with a prop on a player to hit at least two home runs. The odds list is packed with heavy favorites—Aaron Judge, Shohei Ohtani, and Giancarlo Stanton all sitting at (-250) or worse. There’s no reason to pay that kind of juice, especially for Judge, who’s only hit three home runs in his last 15 postseason games.
But there’s still a superstar offering plus money for two homers in the series: Dodgers’ Mookie Betts at +175. Betts has already homered twice in both the NLDS and NLCS, showing he’s fully locked in this postseason. The 32-year-old is batting just under .300 with an OPS of 1.063 in 11 games, tallying eight extra-base hits, including four doubles and four home runs.
Teams have been walking Ohtani to get to Betts—a nightmare for opposing pitchers. In Game 1, he’ll face Yankees ace Gerrit Cole, who Betts has owned in his career, batting .412 with a .915 OPS in 17 at-bats. While the Yankees’ bullpen has been lights out so far, they haven’t faced a lineup like the Dodgers, which could lead to plenty of opportunities for Betts to shine.
Give me Mookie Betts to crush at least two moonshots in the Fall Classic.
