Elly De La Cruz leads the MLB with 45 stolen bases this year, Brice Turang of the Brewers sits in second with 29.

The Rockies have not been any better. They’re currently 33-60 and also sit last in their division. Colorado and Cincinnati have met 6 times this season with the Reds winning 5 of the 6 matchups.
Colorado’s lone win came last night, despite a late rally by the Reds that fell short in the top of the 9th inning. The Rockies will have left handed turkey tosser, Austin Gomber on the mound.
Unlike most of the Rockies’ starters, Gomber’s numbers actually get worse outside of Coors Field. He’s got a 5.44 road ERA and he’s given up 5+ hits in 9 of his L10 starts, all this season.
The Reds will turn to study Hunter Greene. He’s got a 3.45 ERA and Greene’s given up 9 home runs this year but he’s been fantastic at striking out his opponent.
Colorado strikes out at the 4th highest rate in the league and tonight with Greene on the mound, it could be another tough one for the Rockies.

Gomber’s been bad away from home, but he’s been really bad at Great America Ballpark. He’s got just one start with the Rockies at this park, and it came last season.
Gomber went 5.1 innings and gave up 5 hits, 5 runs and 3 home runs. This Reds lineup last season was so bad, Joey Votto was still a regular starter at the time.
