Two of the league’s biggest bats are in prime spots tonight. Shohei Ohtani and Aaron Judge both draw ideal matchups and elite ratings. At these prices, their home run props are too good to ignore.

Angels vs. Yankees Best Home Run Bet
Best Bet: Aaron Judge Home Run (+380) odds via BetOnline

Can Aaron Judge shine tonight against Jose Soriano?
An insane price for one of the league’s best power hitters to leave the yard. At nearly 4/1, Aaron Judge to hit a home run after an 0-for-8 stretch is a must-play.
He will face Angels starter Jose Soriano, a sinker-heavy arm who gives up plenty of hard contact. Judge owns a +11 run value against sinkers, with a .561 average, .854 slugging percentage, and .636 wOBA over a 135-pitch sample. He also profiles extremely well against the rest of Soriano’s arsenal.
Judge enters the day with the third-highest Batters-Box rating. In 98 elite-rated home games, he goes deep nearly 35% of the time. This line is rarely available—anything near 4/1 is a gift.

Padres vs. Dodgers Best Home Run Bet
Best Bet: Shohei Ohtani Home Run (+215) odds via BetOnline

Will the Shohei Show be everything we expect this evening?
Shohei Ohtani at home with an elite Batters-Box rating is a dangerous combination. In 76 elite home ratings, he homers 32% of the time. Across 190 total elite ratings, he leaves the yard at a 33% clip.
Ohtani will face Padres starter Dylan Cease, who has struggled all season. Cease ranks near the bottom of the board today in wOBA, ISO, hard contact rate, and ground ball percentage. He is allowing 45.66% hard contact and owns a 5.65 ERA with a .246 opponent batting average on the road.
Left-handed hitters have posted a .237 average, .323 OBP, .410 slugging percentage, and a .733 OPS against Cease. He is also surrendering 2.33 extra-base hits per start. Given the matchup and the price, it is tough to pass up two of the best hitters of this generation. Call it chalk if you want—I see value.
