The visitors from Los Angeles secured the win last night, beating Baltimore 6-4.
Although Emmet Sheehan gave up four runs in 5 innings, the Dodgers were able to rally for five runs in the top of the 6th and never looked back. Sheehan remained undefeated this season thanks to the LA bats.
Tonight the Orioles will look to bounce back, while the Dodgers will try to build off their win last night.

Both Teams Battle for Division Titles
The Dodgers lead the NL West over the San Francisco Giants by 2 games. They are 54-39 overall, and 25-23 on the road this year. The Diamondbacks are just 2.5 games behind LA, so the race for the division is as tight as it can be.
The Orioles have their work cutout for them as they play in the gauntlet that is the AL East. It looked like the Tampa Bay Rays would run away with the division, although they have fallen off quite a bit, opening up it up for the rest of the clubs.
Baltimore is just 1 game behind Tampa Bay, although the Rays have played four more at the moment. They are 57-36 overall and 29-19 at home this season.
The Orioles have a real shot to make the playoffs and even win the AL East for the first time since 2014, but the Blue Jays, Yankees, and Red Sox are all within 10 games of 1st place.
Tonight is a big game for both teams, and it should be an entertaining battle.

Both these teams score at least fives runs per game, putting them both in the top 6 teams in the MLB.
Michael Grove is coming off his first win of the season against the Los Angeles Angels, where he allowed 4 runs on 6 hits. Grove got some help from his bats and I think he will need the same tonight.
I like the Orioles offense to come alive against a guy with a nearly 7.00 ERA.
The Pick: Orioles -1.5 (+165) Bovada
Tyler Wells has consistently given up 2 runs in his last 7 starts. I’ll admit the Dodgers are a tough task at hand, but this dude is lights out at home.
At Camden Yards, Wells averages 6.6 strikeouts and just 1.8 Earned Runs per contest.
Aside from a 6th inning blowup last night, the Orioles almost took down the Bad Boys from Los Angeles. Tonight on the shoulders of Tyler Wells, I think they get it done.

As mentioned, this kids home splits are insane.
For starters, he’s cleared this line 8/9 home outings this year. He’s had 7+ strikeouts in 6 of those games, and he still had 4 in the one game he missed.
The Dodgers don’t strikeout a ton, but Wells still puts up 0.99 K/Inning. So assuming he goes his normal six innings, we shouldn’t have a problem getting there.
He’s struck out both Dodgers’ batters that he’s faced, and did so to Freddie Freeman in four pitches.
Five strikeouts seems way too low for Wells at home, and you know what that means.
