Cubs @ Dodgers Analysis & Breakdown
The Dodgers and Cubs are set to kick off a 3-game series in Los Angeles with LA looking to lock up that 1st place spot in the NL West.
The NL West looked like it could come down and be 1 of the closes races in the MLB but the Dodgers now have their Big 3 back and firing on all cylinders. Mookie Betts is back in the lineup and the Dodgers needed him back, badly.
The Dodgers are now 6 games ahead of the Padres in the division and show no signs of slowing down.
On the flip side, the Cubs are 9 games back of their division lead and currently sit 5 games out of a Wild Card spot. It doesn’t seem likely that we’ll see the Cubbies in the post-season but they’ve been scrapping for every win anyway.
