2026 World Series Odds

At +350, the Dodgers’ price to win the World Series is simply too short.

2026 World Series Leans

The 2025 season has come to a thrilling close with the Los Angeles Dodgers winning it all for the second straight year. This was hands down one of the greatest postseasons I have ever witnessed, and easily the best World Series I have ever had the pleasure of enduring. Those who disagree can argue with a wall. Recency bias is a powerful drug, but not when it is simply the truth.

With myself and others already craving more baseball, now feels like the perfect time to peek at the 2026 World Series odds. It is never too early to get ready for next year, especially when the current season has not even been over for 24 hours.

When Do We Stop Betting LA?

The Dodgers, unsurprisingly, sit atop the odds board to win again. At +350, though, I would rather burn my money than bet on a team to win the World Series at under four-to-one an entire year in advance. As a Yankees fan, seeing them second on the list makes my stomach turn. I would not advise anyone to back them for anything until Aaron Boone and the entire front office are gone. If Brian Cashman continues to run the show, nothing will change, and the culture will stay the same. Stay away from the top two teams sitting under ten-to-one for 2026.

I am also out on the Phillies. I believe this offseason they blow it all up. I expect Kyle Schwarber to sign elsewhere, and with Zack Wheeler’s injury, their ace may never return to form. Too many guys will walk, and their championship window is likely closed.

Win Total Leans

One team I am surprisingly looking to fade in 2026 is the Toronto Blue Jays. No disrespect, but the 2025 run felt like lightning in a bottle. They were incredible, but did they peak too soon? Are they about to turn into the 2023 Diamondbacks or 2023 Rangers? Possibly. I will be watching closely to see where books set their win total, and that under may be the first bet I make for the 2026 season. A team that went from worst to the World Series? I will happily bet on some regression next year.

What a ride the 2025 season was. From start to finish, it delivered everything a baseball fan could ask for, drama, chaos, and one unforgettable World Series. The Dodgers proved once again why they are the standard, but the beauty of baseball is how quickly the story resets.

As we turn the page to 2026, the odds board is live, the speculation begins, and the grind never stops. Whether it is finding value in futures or fading last year’s heroes, one thing is certain, the hunger for more baseball never fades, even when the final out is recorded.

To everyone who has been here since early March, tuning in and consuming the baseball content I put out day after day, thank you. You are the reason the 2025 MLB season was one of the most exciting and rewarding yet.
