The 2025 World Series has finally arrived, featuring two franchises with completely different identities. The reigning champion Los Angeles Dodgers aim to cement their dynasty, while the Toronto Blue Jays make a long-awaited return to the sport’s grandest stage.
One team built on star power and depth, the other on resilience and belief, will now collide for the ultimate prize. With a lineup full of future Hall of Famers and an underdog hungry to shock the world, the storylines are endless.
Let us take a closer look at the odds.

World Series MVP
Out of all the props listed above, I have only placed a few units on two—and they happen to involve players from the same team. Before the NLCS wrapped up, I grabbed Enrique Hernandez to win World Series MVP for a few reasons. He has always delivered for the Dodgers when it matters most and remains a steady, reliable bat toward the bottom of the lineup. The 35-to-1 price tag also made it too good to ignore.
The other play is more of a longshot, but the value was impossible to pass up. I took Roki Sasaki to win the award at 100-to-1, now sitting at 55-to-1 on BetOnline. If these games stay close and Dave Roberts leans on Sasaki to close out multiple matchups, he could absolutely find himself in the MVP conversation. The last closer to win the award was Mariano Rivera in 1999. So far this postseason, the 23-year-old right-hander has recorded three saves in seven outings. It is the World Series, anything can happen.
Player with Most Home Runs
I like both Vladimir Guerrero Jr. at +450 and George Springer at +700. Each has stepped up whenever their team has needed them most this postseason. Guerrero Jr. has launched six home runs in October, while Springer has hit four. If those bats stay hot, the Blue Jays have a legitimate shot to upset the Dodgers.
As for Shohei Ohtani, I am staying away from all his series props. The value simply is not there.
Specialties
Anything listed under the World Series Specialties section feels like a complete waste of time. The prices are terrible, and there is far better value elsewhere in this series.
