PGA Tour & PENN Collaborate with New Online Blackjack Game

PGA Tour x PENN Entertainment

PENN Entertainment has recently collaborated with the PGA Tour and launched their latest real money online casino game. The new PGA TOUR Blackjack game is the first title from PENN that carries the branding of the premier professional golfing organization.

PENN Game Studios, the in-house developer, created the latest online blackjack for a classic yet enhanced blackjack experience. The game features logos and themed cards of the premier golfing organization, adding a unique twist to traditional gameplay. Players can enjoy standard blackjack while also placing poker and side bets for more excitement.

PENN released the game after forming a partnership with the PGA TOUR through its ESPN Bet brand. Earlier this year, PENN secured a deal to introduce a live betting stream to PGA TOUR LIVE on ESPN+. This stream delivers real-time data, expert analysis, and insights during the PGA TOUR’s FedEx Cup events.

Where Can Players Access and Play the New PGA Online Casino Game?

PGA TOUR Blackjack launched in Ontario and New Jersey on PENN’s standalone Hollywood Casino app. In March, PENN introduced the Hollywood Casino app to players in New Jersey. Meanwhile, PENN’s Ontario online casino operates through its theScore Casino app.

Aside from the Hollywood Casino app, players can also experience the latest online blackjack game on the ESPN BET app. Along with this, PENN plans to bring more new USA online casino games on the app and other licensed iGaming markets.

Jason Birney, Vice President of Operations at PENN Interactive, was excited with the latest online casino game. He was also keen on their partnership with the PGA Tour and its alignment with their expansion goal with ESPN Bet. Birney added:

“ESPN BET on PGA TOUR LIVE deepens our already robust media and betting integrations with ESPN and creates unique opportunities to engage golf fans in an entertaining way with compelling up-to-the-minute data and insights.”

Timing with PGA TOUR Blackjack Coincides with Ontario Event

PENN likely timed the Ontario launch to align with the upcoming RBC Canadian Open in Toronto this weekend. This top Canadian golf tournament will draw major stars, followed closely by the U.S. Open.

Meanwhile, PENN’s online gaming business continues to thrive across North America.

Its interactive segment grew 40% in Q1 of 2025, showing strong momentum in the digital market.
