BetMGM, one of the leading U.S. online sportsbooks and iGaming operators, has inked an exclusive partnership with the Las Vegas Aces. Their deal runs through the 2027 season, and marks BetMGM’s first partnership with a women’s professional sports franchise.
Key features include bold BetMGM signage at Michelob ULTRA Arena inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Additionally, the deal includes sponsorship across all Las Vegas Aces social media platforms.
BetMGM players also gain courtside access to pregame shootarounds for an exclusive experience. Moreover, VIPs can enjoy premium seating as part of the partnership’s added benefits.
BetMGM also becomes Authorized WNBA Gaming Partner
Along with this, BetMGM will serve as an official WNBA gaming partner through the 2027 season. The agreement gives BetMGM ad space during nationally televised WNBA games and access to exclusive VIP tickets and experiences.
It also includes rights to co-branded content on BetMGM’s digital and social platforms, plus featured articles on WNBABet. Additionally, BetMGM will launch a WNBA-branded online slot game where iGaming is legal. This exclusive slot will be the first-ever WNBA online casino game, available only on BetMGM.
BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt said the Las Vegas Aces partnership also serves as a way to support the community. He said:
“As we enter this era of tremendous growth in women’s sports, BetMGM could not have two better organizations to partner with than the WNBA and the Aces. Not only do the Aces play in our backyard at Mandalay Bay, but they share our commitment to giving back to the community.”
MGM Resorts SVP Sports and Sponsorship Lance Evans said the Aces have helped Las Vegas grow as a global sports and entertainment hub since 2018. He added that MGM Resorts and BetMGM will host gameday events at Mandalay Bay and other properties. These events will let local and visiting fans connect with their favorite basketball teams in exciting new ways.
Las Vegas Aces and WNBA Weigh In
Las Vegas Aces President Nikki Fargas said the team is proud to partner with BetMGM, especially for supporting The Just One Project. Fargas added:
“As one of the best defenses in the league the past few seasons, especially in front of our home fans, and knowing that each steal will help families in need, this gives our team even more incentive to lock down our opponents on the defensive end.”
Meanwhile, WNBA Chief Growth Officer Colie Edison said the WNBA saw major fan engagement growth during the exciting 2024 season. She highlighted the league’s focus on WNBA betting and new fan experiences following the excitement of this year.
